Following a change from business management to property management I found my niche and have developed a love for the job that I do.
It is important to develop relationships that work with the key players in my world – Landlords, tenants and service providers.
It is vital for me to fully understand the expectations of all parties and deliver to the best of my ability.
I have been based in the Whakatane/Ohope area for 9 years doing property management so there is hardly a house or landlord that I don’t know.
Previous to that I was a property manager in Rotorua for 12 years so I have been in and around the Bay of Plenty for many years and look forward to many more
