My name is Fiona, and I am the Property Manager for the Waikato region.

I bring a fresh, people-first approach to property management, combining strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for helping others. Having lived in the Waikato for most of my life, I have a deep understanding of the local area, its communities, and the people within it.

I am passionate about connecting people with the right properties and creating positive, stress-free experiences for both owners and tenants. Known for my clear communication and proactive approach, I take pride in doing things properly, protecting my clients’ investments while ensuring tenants feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home.
