Hi, Im Nikita. I recently joined Inspire Property Management, where I manage a small portfolio that allows me to work closely with both landlords and tenants. I value open, honest communication and believe it’s the foundation for strong, trusting relationships where everyone feels informed and supported.

My focus is on ensuring homes are well cared for and matched with reliable, long-term tenants. Regular updates and proactive management give landlords confidence that their investment is in safe hands, while happy, well-supported tenants help create smooth, stress-free tenancies for everyone involved.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors—horse riding, spending time in my garden, or hiking with my partner and our dogs.
