Positioned within the iconic Blythswood Apartments, this sun-filled one-bedroom apartment offers an enviable city-fringe lifestyle in the heart of vibrant Aro Valley.
Built in 1928, the apartment retains many of the character features buyers love, including high stud ceilings, timber joinery and generous room proportions. At approximately 60 sqm, it offers a spacious layout rarely found in modern one-bedroom apartments.
Natural light streams through the large windows, while the leafy courtyard outlook provides a peaceful backdrop to everyday living. Fresh new carpet adds comfort, and central heating and hot water ensure year-round ease.
The well-appointed kitchen offers ample workspace and storage, while the generous bedroom includes extensive wardrobe space. The bathroom features a full-sized bath, an increasingly rare luxury in apartment living.
Located just moments from the cafés, restaurants and village atmosphere of Aro Valley, you’ll also enjoy easy walking access to Cuba Street, Victoria University, public transport, and everything central Wellington has to offer.
