Please accept this reference in the highest regards in relation to Heather's recent Estate Agent role for both the property we were purchasing and the property we were selling.
We initially chose Heather as our Estate Agent for the sale of our property as a few of our friends had provided a fantastic reference for Heather, that she was locally well known, respected, very experienced, knowledgeable and down to earth.
We can honestly say that not only has Heather exceeded our expectations in relation to the aforementioned qualities, she has gone above and beyond to support the sale of our property which needed additional assessments following the purchaser's building inspection; Heather was was able to organise local trades people quickly and efficiently with her extensive range of contacts and good working relationships with local contractors.
Heather has been supportive of our tenants, supportive to us with our recent sale/purchase and has kept us well informed, advised and ensured everyone's best interests have been considered. Heather is highly skilled in her understanding of purchasing, selling and tenancy legislation; we really couldn't have navigated this process without her and would 100% recommend Heather as an outstanding Estate Agent.
