Elaine O’Rouke

I work between the Wellington and Wairarapa regions, basing myself in Hororkiwi when in Wellington and other times in the heart of the Wairarapa, Carterton.

I was raised in Tawa and bought my first property in Titahi Bay, before I extended my property reach over to the Wairarapa, expanding my understanding of the rural side of property. -In addition to my experience in property, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies (International Business), and served over 10 years in the public sector on numerous large-scale projects, giving me that edge on understanding the commercial side of estate property and bigger business.

My strengths as a Real Estate Salesperson include communication and marketing, and connecting people. As well as having a true interest in property development, I enjoy seeing people succeed, be it through a first home purchase or the start-up, expansion or exit of business.

Having bought and sold property myself, I am familiar with what to expect as a client; thus, I am committed to serving my clients and always aim to exceed expectations.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a salesperson myself for nearly 22 years (since early 2002), and I can’t wait to share this enthusiasm with you personally!
