After calling Northland home for ten years and embarking on some international travel, I am excited to be back home and a part of the Inspire team.

My background in management, logistics and customer service, paired with my passion for property, has lead me to become the Property Manager for the Whangarei & Northland region.

I focus on building strong relationships with my clients, as well as my tenants. Communication is key as a PM and I strive to be efficient, transparent and thorough to ensure a smooth experience for all and give peace of mind to my clients whilst protecting and preserving their investment properties.

Carleen started her real estate career in the Bream Bay area and added to her real estate license by becoming an auctioneer. Carleen has owned her own beauty business, has excellent marketing and communication skills, and has a Diploma in Management, which reflects in her professional approach to real estate.

Carleen has many strings to her bow; she is an international country music recording artist and has five successful CDs; she is heavily involved in numerous festivals and fundraisers up and down New Zealand. 

Carleen has three nominations for Kiwi ProAm Country Music Female Artist of the Year, is deep­ly passionate about fundraising, and uses her talents to achieve outstanding results for her chosen charities.

Carleen and her husband live on a 20-acre block property in Oakleigh and have a strong connection to Northland and the farming community.  Carleen is extremely passionate about everything she does, and she treats people the way she would like to be treated.

A Northlander through and through, Lynette was born in the small west coast town of Te Kopuru, just 15 minutes out of Dargaville, where she lived and worked for 30 years before moving to Whangarei with her family. 

Spending time with family and friends is important to Lynette (and husband Noel) – they have two adult sons. Whilst the boys were growing up, they spent a lot of time involved in sporting activities – particularly cricket. Today they enjoy their passion for boating and fishing in the beautiful waters of Bream Bay where they live. 

Lynette has always worked in roles that were at the coal face of supporting families from all walks of life. This has resulted in her having exceptional listening and observation skills resulting in the best possible outcomes. This love of ‘working with people from all walks of life’ and the years of experience doing so, gives Lynette the edge for wanting to do the very best to help clients to realise their hopes and dreams. 

She understands the process of buying and selling and is committed to achieving the best results by providing an ethical, honest and professional service. She has an exceptionally warm personality with a drive to go the extra mile for her clients. She also understands this can be a stressful time and knows the importance of keeping clients informed and consulted throughout the process.
