Hi, I’m Baljinder Kaur. I joined Inspire in 2023 as an Accounts Assistant. This role has not only allowed me to strengthen my accounting skills but has also given me the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the team.

Originally from India, I recently moved to New Zealand to embark on a new chapter in my career and personal life. I’m passionate about learning and continuously improving my knowledge to provide exceptional service.

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my family and exploring the stunning landscapes and vibrant culture that New Zealand has to offer. I’m excited to embrace new experiences and build meaningful connections in this beautiful country.

Starting as a part-time admin assistant for Inspire, after ten years with the team, we have grown from having just five of us in Auckland to 34, from Northland to Bluff.

This dynamic, fast-paced environment keeps me on my toes and the fun, friendly team is ever-growing.

I grew up on Auckland’s North Shore, have two daughters, and we love spending time at the beach, having weekends away on the boat and spending precious time together.

Inspire is a great team to work for and I look forward to many more years with the team!
