Starting as a Property Manager, through nothing but hard work and sharp sense, I worked through the ranks to become Manager of a large Property Management Company. Then went onto further my skill set and go with my passion and became a Real Estate Salesperson 9 years ago.

I now own my own Boutique Property Management Company.
Crediting 16 years’ experience in property management, I have great knowledge in the property industry, I bring a vast array of knowledge to help guide you through the sale process, from my interior decorating and design experience, project management, to dealing with property investors on a daily basis.

When it comes to Sales and Property Management, I have the tools to successfully guide you in both directions. After managing a Property Management and now my own company multi-tasking and organizing comes as second nature.

Hi, I’m Nik. I am a Senior Property Manager within the Invercargill Inspire team. Having previously started with the team as their Office Administrator, I have worked and grown in a full time position as a Property Manager. Having previously worked in Hospitality, Hospitality Management and Telecommunications for the past 18 years. Having a clear understanding of communication, team work are some of the key areas to being in this role. Also holding a NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4 I have the skills to look after your property.
