Hi, I’m Sarah Duckworth. I started working for Inspire in 2022 as the Auckland Letting manager. I have since transitioned into the property manager role and am really enjoying the change.
I enjoy developing strong relationships with both owners and tenants and thrive on problem-solving to find the best possible outcome for both parties.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my two teenage children and getting away on the weekends camping when time allows
I am a Property Manager with a focus on Central, North, and West Auckland. Having grown up on the North Shore, I have a strong connection to Auckland and a deep understanding of its unique neighborhoods.
With over two years of experience in the industry, my priority is to cultivate positive relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.
When I’m not managing properties, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring new places through travel, cooking, and connecting with friends.
Tina Lum has been working with investors to get ahead in life for over 16 years. Sharing investors’ enthusiasm for property is prevalent in Tina, as she too invests in property. Working with clients is Tina’s passion which makes her a great liaison to front the company.
Putting the property investment world into clear and understandable communication is Tina’s focus, backed up by market and area-specific information to assist clients in making the right decisions.
Zoard Gonczy is a skilled and dedicated Property Manager with six years of experience in the property management field. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and driving successful outcomes for his clients, team and organization.
He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to tackle complex challenges easily.
He is a clear communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and clients at all levels.
Outside work, he visits the gym regularly and is an avid sportsman and actively involved in the fitness industry and the motorsport community. He believes in giving back to the sports he has gained so much from.
As a result, he has learnt patience and respect for fellow teammates, partners, and stakeholders, which he can utilise as a Senior property manager in this amazing team at Inspire Property.
