Rachael Cole

My name is Rachael, and I am the Senior Property Manager for the Whanganui portfolio, also overseeing properties in Marton and the wider Whanganui region.

I’ve worked in property management for six years, returning to the industry after previously providing administrative support for a property management company in Wellington in the mid-2000s.

My background includes experience in insurance claims and 12 years as an Advisor for the Ministry of Justice. This has given me a strong understanding of insurance processes and the judicial system, allowing me to offer valuable support when issues arise, and matters need to be resolved through insurance or court proceedings.

Property management is a diverse and rewarding field, and I take pride in tailoring our service to meet the unique needs of each client.
